For lesser-known companies, perhaps in less attractive locations, we offer the option that the prospective candidate can only get a positive impression. We credibly convey the attractiveness of the position. Discretion also counts if the position is still occupied by the current job holder or if the competition is not to receive any signals from an advertisement.
As an independent consulting firm, we are free of any restrictions and can act for you with maximum flexibility. At the same time, we are also free of large organisational ballast and do not have to finance extensive administrative machinery. This, of course, has an effect on our pricing. You can thus commission us to do so – without any worries.
